Here are some updates regarding today's baseball games.



Softball today vs. Roxana has been rescheduled to the conference rain date due to wet field conditions. The new date is Thu, Apr. 18 at EAWR.

--Mykayla Smith will be attending Lewis and Clark Community College
--Kylie Crouch will be attending McKendree University

Join us this afternoon for some Good Friday softball between the Alton Redbirds and EAWR Oilers! First pitch is scheduled for 4:30 on the campus of EAWR on LeRoy Emerick Field.

**Seniors--Please look at your email to find the link sent by Mrs. Robinson to complete your Senior Spotlight. Be sure to enter your name and the name of the college/university/trade school/branch of the military that you will attend next school year. Mrs. Robinson will put out social media senior spotlight pictures following spring break until graduation. If there are questions, please email Mrs. Robinson.
**Teen Paint Night at the Wood River Public Library is Monday, April 8th from 6-8 pm. The cost is $10 per person and you must register in person at the library so you can choose your wooden cutout. Please see the flyer sent by Mrs. Robinson for more details.
**Students–The East Alton Methodist Church (across from Eastwood School/East Alton Middle School) will be having a campus clean up from 9 am until noon Saturday, April 6th. If interested in volunteering please sign up in the document Mrs. Robinson shared with you.
**After prom tickets will be on sale from April 9th, 11th 12th in the cafeteria during lunch hours. After prom is a parent sponsored event and will be held at Edison’s in Edwardsville on April 27th from 11:30pm-2:30am. After prom tickets are $15 each.
**Senior cap and gown orders will be distributed in the courtyard during academic lab next Tuesday, April 2nd. Balances need to be paid in full to pick up items.
Seniors: There is a community service opportunity tomorrow to help with girls soccer. If you would like to volunteer please email Mr Beatty or sign up in the Google doc. Please arrive at 4:45 pm tomorrow.
**Prom guest forms are now available from Mrs. Timmins and Mr. Marshall. Any non- EAWR students and also EAWR freshmen and sophomores are considered guests. Guest forms are due back on April 19th. Prom tickets will be on sale April 15th-19th and the cost is $30 per ticket.
**We will have an 11:25 dismissal today and no school Thursday, Friday or Monday for Spring break.
**Seniors: We have 42 days till graduation!


Reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday, is a half day and student dismissal is at 11:25 am.
Thursday, Friday and the following Monday, April 1st there is no school due to spring break.

Game Changes for Today: JV baseball today with Columbia has been postponed to tomorrow afternoon at 4:30 on Norris Dorsey Field. Varsity baseball has been postponed to the conference rain date #1 which is Thursday, April 4. That game will be played in Columbia and the varsity game with Civic Memorial that day has now been cancelled.
Varsity softball today will be played as we had Leroy Emerick Field tarped and it is good to go for a 4:30 first pitch with Columbia.

EAWR students attended the Cyber Security Career Day at SIUE on Friday. Students were busy on their computers participating in a virtual capture the flag game with other area schools.
