Two events coming up on Monday, July 24. First, is our sports physical event from 1-6 in the CCC. Then, at 6:30, we will have our fall sports parent/athlete meeting in the auditorium. There will be a short presentation on some very important things parent and athletes need to know followed by break out sessions by the specific fall coaches.

Students from all three OilerNation schools are invited to this event next Monday afternoon. The IESA fall season officially begins that day and the IHSA fall season officially begins two weeks later. Cost is $25 and it is best to call ahead and pre-register at (618) 463-0680. However, walk-ins will also be accepted. Incoming 9th Grade Parents
—EAWR is offering small group meetings for incoming freshman parents through our Parent Outreach Program. If interested in signing up for a meeting please contact Mrs. Guthrie by phone or email Mrs. Robinson. All contact information and details are in the attached letter that was sent to freshmen homes.
— All families that attend will receive a Class of 2027 yard sign and school supplies.
Our Oiler team store is open until July 18th. Items will be shipped directly to your home around the start of the fall sports season which starts in late August with games.
