Today is Wednesday, November 10, 2021 **After Prom calendar order forms are due today. **Big Sisters Walk-a-thon money is due today to Mrs. Parmentier or Mrs. Miller. **The Great River Road Run is Saturday, November 27th and Mr. Colona is looking for volunteers from 8 am-noon to help with the event. All volunteers will receive a free long sleeve dri fit shirt. If interested please contact Mr. Colona at russc1956@yahoo.com. Volunteers need to meet at the Alton Visitors Center. **Seniors, check your email for a Google Form link from Mrs. Robinson. Use this form to submit your Senior Quote and list of activities you participated in at EAWR for the Yearbook. Complete and submit by 2:30pm on Friday, November 19. If you have any questions or did not receive the email, contact Mr. James ASAP. **Senior Pictures and Senior Baby Pictures for the Oiler Yearbook are due to Mr. James by January 7. Email digital files to him, or deliver hard copies to the Art Room, M-009. **Time is running out to buy your yearbook for $50. The price goes up to $60 second semester, so if you want it for the lower price, be sure to buy it before first semester ends! You can reserve your book with Mr. James in M-009 or by using eawr.revtrak.net. **This year's Fall Play is Arsenic and Old Lace and will be held this Friday and Saturday, Nov. 12 & 13 at 7pm in the Auditorium. The tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for students and children 3-11. Two years and under are free. Tickets may be purchased at the door or in advance in the Main Office or from any cast or crew. An interpreter for the hearing impaired will be provided for the Friday evening performance.

Included with this daily update is the practice schedule for the rest of the week as well as the results from last night's games. We will have a bus to transport boys bowling, girls basketball, and boys basketball to their practice locations this afternoon. There will not be a bus to practice on Thursday or Friday due to those being non-attendance days.

Boys bowling have their first match of the season this afternoon at 3:30 vs. Roxana. The bus will leave at 2:45 for Airport Bowl from the bus circle. Wrestling practice today is at the Roughnecks building across the street from the Round House. Boys basketball has practice at Holy Angels and a bus will leave the bus circle at 3:15 for anyone needing a ride. Girls basketball has practice at East Alton Elementary and a bus will leave at 3:15 from the bus circle for anyone needing a ride. Cheer practice is after school today in the Aud Gym and Freshman boys basketball will practice in the Aud gym at 6:00 pm.
